For foreigners purchasing a SIM through any channel, customers are required to present a valid passport with a valid visa in order to register and activate the SIM, in compliance with applicable regulations.
During the purchase of an eSIM, if cellcard’s system detects that the customer has already registered 5 SIM numbers, the system will not allow any further purchases.
After successfully purchasing, customers will receive a QR code via their email or Telegram, and the cellcard App.
Customers can use the received QR code to activate the eSIM, allowing them to transfer the eSIM to another phone or communication device. However, they must first delete the eSIM  from the old device before transferring.
cellcard AO MOBILE plan is available to all cellcard prepaid users.
The validity of the cellcard AO MOBILE plan is determined by the offer: 7 days or 30 days. These are time-based plans, meaning the validity starts from the time of subscription and accumulates for each plan. For example, if you subscribe to cellcard AO MOBILE for $1.5 on January 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM with a validity of 7 days, your plan will expire on January 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
cellcard AO MOBILE plan is auto-renewable. The plan will renew when your data is exhausted before the expiry or on the expiry date, provided you have sufficient balance.
When the cellcard AO MOBILE 1.5, $6, or $10 plan is renewed or subscribed to before the bundle expires, the remaining data, call minutes, and SMS will roll over to your next plan.
cellcard AO MOBILE plan cannot be subscribed to without the user’s consent.
